Imperial Online offers technical supportTECHNICAL SUPPORT & CUSTOMER  RESPONCE CENTRE:

Our Technical Support Centre is staffed 24 x 7 x 365 days per year.  Our call centre staff is ready to assist with any technical & related problems you may encounter.  The calls are distributed to the technical support  centre consisting of 1st Level and 2nd Level Support Engineers.  

Technical Support staff are available to assist with telephonic support and well as on-site support and maintenance.  The Technical Support staff are highly skilled individuals capable of supporting our full spectrum of services from entry level to advanced system support. 

Technical assistance is available on a time & material basis as well as on a contract basis.

Technical Staff are available for outsourcing.
